About Auto Email
Auto Email is a private, internal operational automation service designed exclusively to prepare structured operational reporting email drafts for authorized retail store accounts. It executes unattended on scheduled triggers to compose draft reports directly within the authorized store's Gmail account.
Core Invariant: Auto Email creates drafts only. It does not send emails automatically, does not read your inbox, and cannot delete or modify existing mail messages.
Operational Principles & Boundaries
- Internal Tooling Only: The application is restricted to explicitly authorized operational personnel and internal store accounts. It is not open to public registration or commercial use.
- Gmail Compose Scope Only: Auto Email requests solely the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.composescope, strictly necessary to create reporting drafts. - No Inbox Reading: The service does not read, inspect, parse, or process messages in your inbox, sent items, or any other mailbox folders.
- No Sale or Distribution of Data: Google user data and credentials are never sold, rented, monetized, or shared with third parties or external marketing entities.
- Encrypted & Isolated Credentials: OAuth credentials and access tokens are secured inside restricted Google Cloud infrastructure, utilized solely for scheduled job execution.
Account Access & Revocation
Connecting a store Gmail account requires explicit administrative authorization. Access can be inspected and revoked at any time directly through your Google Account Permissions page.
