Auto Email is an internal automation utility deployed solely to assemble operational reporting email drafts for designated store accounts. The service is restricted to authorized organizational users and is not offered as a commercial service to the general public.
2. Authorization to Connect Accounts
Anyone granting OAuth permissions to Auto Email must have explicit administrative authority over the connected Google/Gmail account. Connecting unauthorized, personal, or third-party accounts without organizational mandate is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users and operators agree not to:
- Use the service to distribute unsolicited communications, bulk marketing, or spam.
- Attempt unauthorized access to API endpoints, database tokens, or server infrastructure.
- Alter service parameters to generate fraudulent, abusive, or non-operational messages.
- Bypass security controls, token isolation, or cloud authentication mechanisms.
4. Availability and Service Warranties
The service is provided on an operational "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While maintained to high operational standards, no guarantee is made of uninterrupted uptime, zero-latency scheduling, or continuous availability. Upstream API rate limits, network outages, or expired OAuth credentials may temporarily impact draft generation.
5. Revocation & Termination
Account authorization may be terminated at any time:
- By the account owner via Google Account Permissions.
- By service administrators removing the associated store configuration and token records.
6. Modifications to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect architectural changes or regulatory compliance. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
